1 Warranty Scope & Applicability

• Warranty provided by Diamond Home India applies strictly and exclusively to services where warranty terms are explicitly specified in the official quotation/invoice.
• Standard services such as Painting, Cleaning, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc., do NOT carry a warranty unless explicitly stated in writing within the quotation/invoice.
• For Waterproofing services, warranty applies solely to the waterproofing treatment executed. The exact warranty duration will be explicitly stated in the official quotation/invoice.

2 Waterproofing Warranty Conditions

Waterproofing warranty shall be valid ONLY if:

• The work is executed strictly as per the approved quotation from Diamond Home India.
• The customer has not made any unauthorized changes to the approved materials, specifications, or process.
• No drilling, breaking, construction, plumbing, or structural modifications have been performed on the waterproofed area by any third-party contractor after completion.
• The customer has not self-applied any alternative materials or coatings over the waterproofed area.

3 Colour & Material Change Policy

• Warranty is contingent upon using the exact materials, brands, colours, and specifications agreed upon in the quotation.
• If the customer requests or makes unauthorized changes to the approved materials, brands, or colour specifications, the warranty on the modified work/material shall become null and void.
• Specifically, if materials or colours designated for a particular area in the quotation are relocated, repurposed, or altered by the customer without written authorization, Diamond Home India reserves the right to void the warranty for that portion of the work.

4 Rework Policy

• If a customer reports a defect related to workmanship in a completed service, Diamond Home India will conduct a thorough site inspection.
• If the defect is verified to be caused by Diamond Home India or its authorized contractor's workmanship, a one-time complimentary rework will be provided.
• Once a complimentary rework has been completed for a specific complaint, no further free rework will be provided for the same complaint.
• Rework is strictly limited to the specific area/work item approved during inspection.
• Modifications, physical damage, misuse, or third-party interventions done after initial completion are not eligible for rework or warranty.

5 Customer Approval & Transparency

Before commencing any work, the customer will be presented with an official quotation detailing:

• Service Scope & Description
• Material Brand & Specification
• Colour & Finish Details
• Price & Payment Terms
• Applicable Warranty (if applicable)

Work will commence ONLY after explicit customer approval of the quotation.

6 Additional & Extra Work Policy

Any additional work, scope expansion, or material upgrade not included in the original approved quotation shall be treated as a separate chargeable service and will be executed only after receiving customer approval.

7 Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a valid warranty claim, the customer must provide:

• Valid Booking ID / Official Tax Invoice
• Service details & description of the issue
• Relevant photographs or video evidence showing the defect

8 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty shall be completely VOID and non-applicable under the following circumstances:

• Any third-party repair, modification, or alteration.
• Physical damage, misuse, or negligence by the customer.
• Natural disasters, structural settling, water seepage from external non-treated premises, or extraordinary circumstances.
• Unauthorized changes to approved materials or specifications.
• Services where warranty is not explicitly stated in the quotation/invoice.

9 & 10 Final Decision & Important Notice

• Eligibility for warranty or rework claims shall be determined strictly based on site inspection conducted by Diamond Home India technicians and available service records. Diamond Home India reserves the right to approve or reject any claim based on empirical inspection findings.
• Important Notice: Warranty is valid strictly as per the written terms in the customer's official quotation/invoice. General information displayed on the website does not substitute, override, or replace specific service warranty contracts.
